Top 500 Awards

The Advocates, Counselors, and Representatives for the Disabled (ACRD) has a history of recognizing outstanding contributions in the field of disability advocacy. In 2022, its predecessor, the Social Security Leadership for Disability Representatives (SSLDR), initiated the tradition of honoring the top 500 Social Security disability organizations for their unwavering dedication and invaluable role in advocating for the disabled community. ACRD has continued this tradition, aiming to expand recognition beyond this industry in the future. 

 

In addition to organizational awards, ACRD acknowledges individual professionals within these organizations for their exceptional contributions. For example, Brian Smith, Managing Attorney for Wettermark Keith's Disability Practice, was honored with the ACRD 2024 Top 100 award for the third consecutive year. Similarly, Disability Help Group has been recognized as one of the nation's Top Ten Social Security Disability Firms for three consecutive years, including 2024.

 

Through these awards, ACRD celebrates the dedication and impact of organizations and professionals advocating for the disabled community, fostering a collaborative environment for continued excellence in disability representation.
